The goal of any Seven Knots investment is long-term value. We customize every diligence review to each individual project or asset. Each investment opportunity is evaluated through a variety of metrics including a detailed risk assessment. The principals have created unique structured financing products for various listed companies trading on both the NASDAQ and NYSE American. Recently, the founders of Seven Knots have worked with biotechnology start-ups, guiding the companies from inception through financing.
Real Estate
The team at Seven Knots provides real estate finance, investment and consulting strategies. We focus on active 55+ community development, housing development in low-income markets and manufactured housing communities throughout the United States. Seven Knots is currently invested in a manufactured housing community in Tennessee.
Asset-Based Investment
Based on extensive due diligence review, Seven Knots identifies and acquires those unique and “one of a kind” assets that will create a long-term value for the company.
